Withdrawal Process
To help families navigate the withdrawal process smoothly and responsibly, Al-Razi School provides the following guidelines.
Important
The Withdrawal Notification Form below is the only accepted method for notifying the school of a student's withdrawal. No other form of notification will be accepted. A separate form must be completed and submitted for each student.
Notice Period & Financial Responsibility
- A 30-day notice is required for all withdrawals during the school year.
- If the required notice is not submitted via the Withdrawal Form, the family will be responsible for the next tuition installment.
- All outstanding financial obligations must be settled to maintain good standing.
Exit Interview
- An exit interview with school administration will be scheduled as part of the withdrawal process.
- The purpose of the exit interview is to gather feedback, discuss the student's transition, and ensure all obligations are met.
- Families will be contacted to schedule the interview once the withdrawal notification is received.
Return of School Property
- All textbooks must be returned directly to the respective teacher.
- All library books must be returned to the school.
Release of Records
- Student records will not be released to parents/guardians or transferring schools until the financial account is fully settled and the withdrawal process is completed.
Non-Attendance Is Not Withdrawal
- Failure to attend classes, including at the beginning of the school year, does not constitute a withdrawal.
- No adjustments to tuition or fees will be made for students who do not attend class.
Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued for tuition or fees for the month in which the Withdrawal Form is submitted.
No Exceptions
Parents/guardians are financially responsible for tuition and fees as outlined in this policy, regardless of the reason for withdrawal. No exceptions will be made.
Withdrawal Notification Form
All fields marked with * are required. A separate form must be submitted for each student.
